Pontiac Public Library will be closed Monday, May 28, in observance of Memorial Day. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, May 29. Registration for Summer Reading begins Tuesday, May 29. The theme for this year’s Summer Reading program is Reading is so Delicious!

Join University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener and Horticulturist Kelly Allsup for a workshop on adding color to your garden on Saturday, May 12, at 10:00 am. Kelly will teach you how to add color to your landscape using reliable, easy-to-grow annuals. The Titanic…Made of LEGOs!

Stop in and take a look at our replica Titanic made of LEGOs! Jake Burgess, a school age story time participant, made an amazingly good model of the fated ship, and he was kind enough to loan it to the library for display. His friend Austin Persico is next to him. Thanks Jake!
