Check Out an E Reader!

Thinking of purchasing an e reader, but not sure where to begin? Pontiac Public Library has a Nook and a Kindle available for patrons to check out. E readers are preloaded with books so that you may “test drive” each device. To check out an e reader, you will need:

  • your Pontiac Public Library card
  • a $10 deposit, fully refundable when you return the e reader

E readers circulate for 2 weeks, and may be renewed once if no other patron has a hold on the device. We are looking forward to hearing your feedback!
